Allows participants to learn the basic employability skills that are necessary for obtaining, keeping and doing well at a job.  These skills are:

• Critical Thinking
• Resume Building
• Interviewing for a Job
• Basic Education Skills

Training is based on group projects, dialogue, daily lessons, mock interviews and video recording. Clients learn how to effectively present themselves to employers and retain employment.
